You're not going to believe this, but we'll pay for your alterations!

If you found the dress you've always wanted, but it needs some slight adjustments, don't worry, we got you. For alterations on any final price dress over RM200.00, we will reimburse you for alterations up to 10% of the purchase dress price(for real)!

Bring your dress to any licensed tailor and be sure to keep a copy of receipt. We want you to look beautiful in your dress, so we'll do whatever it takes to make that happen. You won't find this special service anywhere else. Trust us, we’ll pay for your perfect fit!

Here's How:

. The claim will be calculated as the cost of alteration, up to 10% of the purchase dress price, less any discounts, adjustments, promotion, and/or shipping costs.
4. To request a claim, customer must email us and submit it along with a valid alteration receipt to within 30 days from the day of receiving the parcel. Requests must fulfill all requirements. Incomplete details will not be processed. 
5. Valid alteration receipts must have the business’ name, address, phone number, the date, customer’s name, and itemized description of alteration services performed on the receipt. Handwritten receipts will be accepted but must be from a licensed business. Claims are not valid for non-licensed services. We reserve the right to verify information. All receipts must be legible and must not be altered in any way.
6. Claims may take up to 7 days to be verified and processed after the email submission.
7. Claim will be issued as a refund to your bank account (local customer) or a store credit code (local/oversea customer) will be issued via email.
